Our doctors are all highly qualified, professional GPs whose aim and work ethnic is to serve our patients

to the best of their ability. They are all passionate about their work and constantly updating their

knowledge via conferences, seminars, courses, small group discussion and CPR training.


Our doctors believe that education is invaluable and hence dedicate themselves to teaching medical students from the 2 big local universities, Griffith University and Bond University, as well as we are accredited as GP registrar training practice and  also participated in Australian Medical Acupuncture College doctor’s training.

Dr Max grew up in MacGregor, in the southern suburbs of Brisbane and

 attended the Anglican Church Grammar School for his secondary education.


He completed his medical training at the University of New South Wales and

has spent time in various areas in the South Eastern suburbs of Sydney as a hospital training doctor. He became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2008. He has been working in

Reedy Creek since 2010, and is well known to many local patients.


He is very friendly in helping out patients and has a strong focus on preventative medicine as well as maintaining good living.


Outside medicine he enjoys playing various sports such as mountain biking, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and bush walking. He has started practicing acupuncture with special interests in musculoskeletal system relating to his sport activities, as well as in living with a healthy lifestyle. He also has interests in rejuvenation medicine and sports medicine.  He is currently in progress to further his knowledge and clinical skills in these areas.


Special Interests: Acupuncture and Sports Medicine.

Dr Phin Lim


MBBS (London), MRACGP(UK) FRACGP, Cert in Primary Care Skin Cancer (UQ), FAMAC


Dr. Phin Lim, a graduate of the University of London in 1999, trained in major teaching hospitals and obtained her GP Fellowship in London.


She is a fully qualified female GP who has special interests in general medicine, women’s health, antenatal care, paediatrics, mental health and chronic diseases. Due to her dedication for her patients she has pursued an interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine and became a fellow of the Australian Medical Acupuncture College.


Dr Lim comes from Sandakan, Sabah, Malaysia and went to school in Singapore before starting her medical school in London. She is also fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka and basic Malay.


Special Interests: Acupuncture.

Dr Nirmala Chand




Dr Nirmala Chand is a fully qualified and experienced GP having obtained her fellowship from the Royal Australia College of GP here in Australia and has undertaken advanced training in skin cancer. Her special interest lies in skin diseases including acne, cosmetics and more specifically in skin cancers. She also has great interest in Women’s health and preventative medicine.


Dr Chand comes from India where she graduated from the reputed Dr MGR Medical University. She subsequently moved with her family to the United Kingdom where she worked for a few years between 2004 – 2007

before moving to the Sunshine State of QLD.


Her prime objective has been to work as a GP and specialize in Skin Cancer. Her patients have benefited from her emphatic and thorough assessment and results in early detection and prevention of several serious medical conditions including skin cancers.


Special Interests: Skin Cancer.




Dr Jason Lo Tam


MBChB (New Zealand) FRACGP


Dr Jason completed his MBChB in New Zealand in 2002 and moved to Australia in 2005 where he worked in various Hospitals in QLD including Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital, Redcliffe Hospital & Mackay Hospital.


Dr Jason was working in Tweed Heads before moving to Coffs Harbour where he completed his fellowship in General Practice.


He enjoys all aspects of General Practice with special interests in Men’s Health, Paediatrics, Chronic Disease Management and Preventative Health.

Dr  Jason & his family moved back to the Gold Coast in 2014 and are loving it.


Special Interests: Sports Medicine.





Dr Alex Chiu

Dr Alex Chiu excels at diagnosing and managing chronic and long term diseases/illnesses.


He enjoys providing traditional general practice medicine and cares

for families and retirees.
